- You will notice lack of gas in the sparkling water and beer. You can confirm that the gas is out by looking at the meters – they will all point 0.
- Start by closing the flow of any leftover gas by twisting the valve in the right direction (image 1)
- Use the attached spanner to help you unscrew the nut until it is detached. (image 2)
- Take off the plastic cover of the new gas keg, screw on the nut and secure with the spanner so it’s as tight as possible (image 3)
- Twist the valve in the “open” direction as far as it will go.
- You will hear the gas flow and meters should immediately jump up from 0 (image 4).
- Well done, you’re good to go!
