How to change the gas cylinder

  1. You will notice lack of gas in the sparkling water and beer. You can confirm that the gas is out by looking at the meters – they will all point 0.
  2. Start by closing the flow of any leftover gas by twisting the valve in the right direction (image 1)
  3. Use the attached spanner to help you unscrew the nut until it is detached. (image 2)
  4. Take off the plastic cover of the new gas keg, screw on the nut and secure with the spanner so it’s as tight as possible (image 3)
  5. Twist the valve in the “open” direction as far as it will go.
  6. You will hear the gas flow and meters should immediately jump up from 0 (image 4).
  7. Well done, you’re good to go!
