Here you will find the standard opening hours for the kitchen at all Mæxico Venues:
Kitchen closes:
Monday – Thursday at 22.00-22.30
Friday – Saturday at 23.00
Sunday at 21.00-21.30
It’s important to mention that there can be bookings once in a while, which requires to keep the kitchen open a little bit longer. That is why we have changed the closing time to an interval.
We expect that you will accommodate this and will be able to provide food and drinks within our guests’ booking time. If there are no more bookings left on a given day, it has to be approved by a Manager or Ass. Manager that you decide to close earlier. Furthermore, this needs to be communicated and agreed super clearly on the night between Front of House and Back of House, so no discrepancy appears.
